Why did you choose San Juan College?

My siblings both graduated from SJC, so I followed in their footsteps.

What did you do to prepare for your career?

I am about to graduate from ASU and I just finished an internship. It helped me prepare for my career in a variety of ways. I did an internship in a school setting where I was able to gain experience in case management, counseling, and working with a diverse population.

What advice would you give to future graduates?

Community College is the best and it's never too late! You'll be done before you know it, so keep moving forward.

What was your fondest memory at San Juan College?

I had a few instructors that stood out to me and were very encouraging, especially Craig Stern. He gave great feedback and I remember learning so much in his interviewing techniques course.
